Beacon was founded in 1998 and Beacon IT Services ("BITS") was coined as a division within the company. Our goal has always been the same: take care of our clients' IT wants and needs, so they can focus on what they do best—their core business. We primarily serve businesses across the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina, providing a mix of remote and onsite support in Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem. Our long history of trusted support has attracted many customers outside of our local area as well.
